Tonight, we perch precariously on the brink of an oceanic voyage. Sunday, the 23rd of September 2007, in Seattle, we board the Holland America Line cruise ship, Noordam, and sail (well, motor) to Alaska.
This blog sets out to be a chronicle of that voyage, of the ship, our travelling companions, our ports of call and our adventures throughout. Maybe we'll even see a whale! Or a grizzly bear!
